Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options for orders within Bangladesh:

Business days are Saturday through Thursday. Orders placed on Fridays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
- During sales events or holidays, processing times may be extended by 1–2 additional business days.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all districts within Bangladesh. Delivery times may vary for remote areas outside Dhaka, Chittagong, and Sylhet metro zones — please allow an additional 1–3 business days for these locations.
International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping. We are working on expanding our delivery coverage — stay tuned for updates.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order by:
- Clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
- Visiting our website and checking your order status under My Account → Orders.
Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
- Certain oversized or fragile items may only be eligible for specific shipping methods. This will be noted on the product page.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact our support team. We will investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
- For shipments delayed beyond 7 business days past the estimated delivery date, we will initiate a trace with the courier.
- If a package is confirmed lost, we will reship the order or issue a full refund at your choice.
